Bargain loony bin
◊ If you ever wondered what happens to crazy homeless people: when they start hassling taxpayers or trying to kill themselves, the cops scoop them up and dump them at a local cheap hospital that's equipped with a loony bin. The staff washes 'em, dresses them in green pajamas and lets them loose in the ward where the freshly-washed (relatively speaking, anyway) loonies shuffle around, emit occasional banshee screams and pull their shirts up to flash the nurses. Mmm. Wrinkled, age-spotted homeless flesh. Good thing I was sitting behind that one, not in front.
